Bishop Audrey Hope Allen Johnson’s (Previously, Audrey Francis) background is a formidable one. She is the Senior Pastor of the New Arc Ministries UK and an international speaker with over 25 years experience in various leadership capacity. Audrey is no stranger to leading others and advising from out of her wealth of knowledge. She is a former Analyst for over 15 years, in the financial markets, serving in senior roles in 3 of the top 4 Investment banks. She is also known for her years of giving back to the community, where she set up, lead and served on training and community workshop programmes including delivering her own self-authored , award winning personal development program ‘Woman Go Forth’ which has won a UK millennium award and developed the personal and employability capacity in women in different cultures and communities. Her work in the community, has seen her partner with other community leaders such as Barnardos, Windrush, local educational institute, Ethnic Minorities voluntary organisation and she also sits on the community board for her local borough where she has made a healthy contribution in representing her community. She is a qualified senior lecturer and the author of two great books. She is also the author of the Transform App, a personal development app. She has also producer her own TV programme called ‘Divine Favour’ and holds an honorary doctorate in theology. She has worked with London School of Theology and other awarding bodies, delivered theological programmes and held roles such as Dean of a Bible College for over 12 years to help set up satellites of training and designed curriculums for various churches. On top of all that she has also been a consultant, manager of leaders, She has a heartbeat to see individuals in their community live the best life they can possibly live.
